Normal wear and tear can lead to discoloration over time, particularly in areas like grout, toilets, and plastics. In some cases, specialist intervention may be needed.

Certain stains on porous tiles or benchtops may be difficult to remove completely and may require specialized techniques.

Our cleaners will avoid working in hazardous areas, such as those with exposed electrical hazards, biohazardous waste, or other dangerous conditions.

Cleaning at elevated heights, such as second-floor windows or high ceilings, is outside the scope of our services.

Services requiring special equipment, chemicals, or trained technicians (such as pressure cleaning garage floors, repairing severely damaged walls, or painting) are excluded from our standard cleaning services.

Any items not specifically listed in our service agreement, such as fridges or furniture, will not be cleaned unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.
